When will I receive a response to my request?
We usually respond to inquiries within 24 hours on working days.
Can I get a personal consultation about my name necklace?
Yes, absolutely. We'll advise you individually on font, gold color, karat (8K, 14K, 18K or 22K) and length of your chain.
Is a custom design or adaptation possible?
Yes. Many of our jewelry pieces can be customized upon request. Simply contact us with your idea.
Can I visit you in person?
Yes. Our jewelry is made in our goldsmith workshop, and you can also pick up your order there free of charge. Please call us in advance to arrange an appointment.
