Size guide for gold bangles

Weight and size determine how your bangle looks and fits. Here you will learn what the two values mean, how to measure your wrist correctly and which combination suits your style.

01Two values: weight and size

For your gold bangle you choose two values. Together they determine its look, strength and comfort:

  • Weight (10–30 g) – the amount of gold. It defines how bold the bangle is and determines the price.
  • Size (54–70 mm) – the inner diameter. It determines the fit and does not affect the price, because the amount of gold stays the same.

The weights and sizes available for each design are shown directly in the product options.

Inner diameterSize 58 = 58 mm inside
The size equals the inner diameter of the bangle in millimeters.

02Same weight, different look

For a chosen weight, the amount of gold always stays the same. With a smaller diameter it is spread over a shorter length – the bangle becomes wider and looks bolder. With a larger diameter it is spread over more length – the bangle becomes narrower and finer.

10 g · 54 mm – compact and bold
10 g · 70 mm – slim and fine
Same amount of gold, different size.

03How to find your size

  1. Measure your wrist

Place a flexible tape measure snugly but not tightly around your wrist – directly over the wrist bone – and read the circumference in centimeters.

  2. Alternatively with a string

Wrap a string or a strip of paper around your wrist, mark the point where it overlaps and measure the length with a ruler.

  3. Read off your size

Enter the circumference into the calculator or find the matching size in the table.

Frequently asked questions about bangle sizes

Can I read my size from a bangle I already own?

Yes. Measure the inner diameter of a well-fitting bangle from inner edge to inner edge in millimeters – this value corresponds directly to our size.

Does the size affect the price?

No. The price depends on the weight, i.e. the amount of gold. At the same weight, every size costs the same.

How tight should a bangle fit?

A closed bangle has to slide over your hand and therefore always sits a little looser than your wrist. It may rotate but should not slip over the base of your hand.

What if I am between two sizes?

Choose the larger size – it slides over your hand more easily and still sits securely.
